Mobile data — no third-party sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information you share when opting in to our SMS program — including text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent — is not shared with any third parties for their own marketing, and is never sold. We share mobile information only with the service providers that operate our messaging program on our behalf, and only as needed to send the messages you asked for.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers — payment processors, our SMS/ messaging platform, email and CRM tools, hosting, and analytics vendors that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- For legal reasons — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- In a business transfer — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
As stated above, mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are excluded from any sharing for third-party marketing purposes.
5. Advertising & Analytics Partners
